What is Studio Marchant?

Studio Marchant is a creative showroom purveying a niche collection of artisan brands that celebrate legacy manufacturing with a keen eye for design and an unwavering commitment to sustainability and ethical business practices.

What are your showroom hours?

Currently the Austin Studio Marchant showroom is open Wednesdays from 10am - 5pm or by appointment only. Please reach out if you want to schedule an appointment outside of this time.

My project is in a rush. Can we speed up the process?

We understand that some projects have a tight timeline and with that in mind, we can steer you towards items that are in-stock or that have shorter lead times. Some lines do have an option for quicker manufacturing production by charging an additional "expedite fee". Please contact us to see if this is available for the line you are interested in.

What is your return policy?

How does Studio Marchant work with the Caluna Foundation?

Our Maison de Reve antiques collection contributes 50% of sales proceeds to the Caluna Foundation charity. Your purchase will support this worthy cause and directly contributes to improving the lives of children and families affected by childhood cancer in Africa.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

After processing, handling, and packing, the delivery timeline of your order will follow UPS Ground timelines from our Austin, Texas location.

How can I track my order?

Along with an order confirmation, you will be sent an email with tracking when your order is updated. Additionally, if you check out using the Shop App, it will update you with relevant shipping information via email or text.

Do you ship internationally?

Studio Marchant does not currently offer international shipping.

Can you quote my oversized order to my preferred freight company?

Some orders can be shipped using your preferred freight company. Please reach out so we can discuss the details.

Do you offer White Glove delivery services?

Some orders are available to be shipped with White Glove delivery. Please reach out so we can discuss the options.

If my item is out of stock, how long will it take to arrive?

All of our legacy manufacturers produce their products at will and often produce made-per-order. If there is a standard lead time for that product, we have noted it on that product page. If you do not see a leadtime on your item listing, please reach out to us to request an ETA.

What should I do if my order is lost, stolen, or damaged?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

What are typical product lead times?

All of our legacy manufacturers produce their products at will and often produce made-per-order. If there is a standard lead time for that product, we have noted it on the product page. If you do not see a lead time on the item listing, please reach out to us to request a lead time for this item.

Can you source custom hardware?

Studio Marchant can source specialty and custom hardware for your project. Please reach out to us to discuss what you are looking for.

Do you have quick-ship hardware I can purchase today?

Studio Marchant does have an affordable luxury line of quick-ship hardware. Items that are available to ship or pick-up immediately will show in-stock quantities on the page above the ADD TO CART button.

What is the process of quoting a project using made-to-order products?

Call or email us with the details about your project. We can evaluate product capabilities, review with your architect, and go through all the technical details with your builder or contractor. Reach out with architectural plans, renderings, and your ideas!

My clients are building for aging in place. Do you work with ADA compliance?

Yes, at Studio Marchant, we can provide design-minded products that adhere to ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliance standards. Our team is experienced in creating accessible environments that meet the specific needs of individuals with disabilities, ensuring safety and usability for everyone.

Can you recommend an installer for the product I am purchasing?

Yes, we can provide recomendations on independant contractors who may be a good fit for your project.

Is the Listone Giordano parquet usable in commercial spaces? How does it wear in high traffic areas?

Where can I find the technical information about the product I am considering?

You can find available technical information on your chosen product on each product page under the TECHNICAL INFO tab at the bottom of the listing. If you do not see an attached file, please contact us for further information about this product.

Can you send technical information to my contractor?

Yes, we are happy to provide available technical information to your builder or contractor. Please contact us about your project and the items you need forwarded. Please also provide a contact name, email, phone number or project name so we can reach out on behalf of you.

Can you help my Landscape Architect to design my deck?

We can work with your chosen Landscape Architect or design-centric team to ensure they understand the requirements and capabilities of the decking materials and how the product can be used. We can also advise and assist with purchase quantities and make sure you get the right materials to ensure a smooth installation process.

Trade Questions

Do you offer a trade discounts?

We offer industry discounts to the trade including architects, interior designers and builders. Please contact us with your resale tax ID number, credentials or trade related website in order to receive a discount. Please email us at laurie@studiomarchant.com

How do I see samples of the products I am interested in?

Currently the Austin Studio Marchant showroom is open Wednesdays from 10am - 5pm or by appointment. Please reach out if you want to schedule an appointment to view samples outside of this time.

Are finish samples available to check out for a client meeting or can I get my own set?

Depending on the product line, samples may be available to check out on a temporary basis. Our sampling service requires having a credit card on file. In some cases, samples can be attained from the manufacture if you would like a set for your design library.

Can you present a product overview to our firm/client?

Yes, Studio Marchant can work with your client or trade related team to ensure they understand the requirements and capabilities of the products and materials you are interested in. We can also advise and assist with purchase quantities to make sure you get the right materials and ensure a smooth purchasing and installation process.

I am tax exempt. Why am I seeing tax applied to my order?

Currently, our site does not manage your exempt status. Please reach out to us to place a tax-free order.
